Process Analyst – Contract Specialist

Your Role & Responsibilities  
We are on the lookout for Process Analyst – Contract Specialist that is passionate, curious, and resilient, wanting to make a real impact in the BPO industry. As a part of Contract Specialist Team, you should be ready to learn and work with Customers on their Order/Invoice/Bills. An Analyst will be focused on....

Key responsibilities would include :-
  • Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work culture
  • Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, outside customers and vendors
  • Conducts self at all times as the public image of the company in accordance with the company’s code of conduct
  • Validates order information
  • Generates internal customer facing sales paperwork
  • Compliance checks paperwork submitted by sales and order management
  • Create contracts and tracks them through the process
  • Responsible for ensuring that contracts are created and delivered on time
  • Runs and reconciles applicable open contract reports daily to ensure contracts are flowing and issues are resolved.
  • Obtain all the necessary approvals prior processing a cancellation.
  • Works closely with sales to assist and ensure required documentation is accurate
  • Create and update contract information within eAutomate
  • Work and validate contract renewals based on leasing company information
  • Process voids and resets of invoices based on the contract requirements
  • Work on the machines in an interim status to enable the billing
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience 
 
Minimum Requirements 
  • Demonstrate people skills, conflict resolution and communications
  • Ability to manage daily workflow efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility of work hours within 7:00am-7:00pm CST, Monday-Friday
  • Able to work overtime, and weekends periodically
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with multiple departments.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, detail oriented, organized, must have a passion for finding solutions, increasing efficiencies, and a being team player.
  • Works with a sense of urgency in a fast paced & high volume environment

Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience required, previous customer service required.
  • Desired college degree preferred but not required
  • Desirable accounting knowledge/experience.
  • Night Shift Starts from 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 PM IST (May differ based on day-light mode)
  • Available to work overtime on evenings and Saturdays as needed.
  • Ability to work US and Local company holidays as business needs dictate.
