- Passed G.C.E O/L with "C" pass for English and Mathematics
- Handle/manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Understand and resolve customer complaints Provide service-related information and solutions to the customers.
- Proficiency in Sinhala and English or Tamil Ability
- Willingness to work in roster basis
- Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
