Customer Care Executive (Banking Wellawatte)

Job requirements and responsibilities
  • Passed G.C.E. O/L with "C" pass for English and Mathematics
  • Handle/manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
  • Understand and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide service-related information and solutions to customers
  • Proficiency in Sinhala and English or Tamil
  • Ability and willingness to shift in roster
  • Experience in customer service and call centers will be an added advantage
