Job requirements and responsibilities
- Passed G.C.E. O/L with "C" pass for English and Mathematics
- Handle/manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Understand and resolve customer complaints
- Provide service-related information and solutions to customers
- Proficiency in Sinhala and English or Tamil
- Ability and willingness to shift in roster
- Experience in customer service and call centers will be an added advantage
