Your Role & Responsibilities
We are on the lookout for Associate – Finance & Accounting that is passionate, curious, and resilient, wanting to make a real impact in the BPO industry. As a part of Associate – Finance & Accounting Team, you should be ready to learn and work with Customers on their Invoice. An associate will be focused on....
Key responsibilities would include :-
- Be responsible for Accounts Payables responsibilities for a global client’s F&A process (assigned entity)
- Strict adherence to Activities TAT, Accuracy, KPIs and other SLAs
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Communication and Coordination Skills
- Be Organized and systematic, be finisher
- Have ownership and self motivation
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Working experience in Accounts Payables activities e.g. indexing, invoice processing and troubleshooting
- Basic Knowledge of Vendor Account Reconciliation
- Experience and understanding of SAP
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications .
- Good Accounting Knowledge and Basic Journal Entries
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Working experience in Oil and Gas, Supply Chain Operations (Rail, Trucking, Marine) or Heavy Industries company will be preferred
Desired Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written & verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view
- Persuasive with details and facts.
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
Work Hours
- 24/7 Rotational Shift (Starts from 7AM IST to 2AM IST).
- Available to work overtime on evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to work US and Local company holidays as business needs dictate.
