We are Ideal industries Lanka (pvt) Ltd (IIL) is a joint venture company of ideal motors & Accolade ventures which market services, vehicle are well known automotive conglomerates in Sri Lanka engaged in vehicle assembly, after ventures which selling and providing genuine spare parts.
Ideal Industries Lanka Manufacture and assemble auto mobile seats & accessories for locally assembled vehicles & motor bikes. Our factories are located at Ja Ela, Kotugoda and head office at union place Colombo 02.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Supervisor is in charge of the apparel section.
- Plan, organize section raw material requirement.
- Working as a team member to complete production output according to the Plan.
- Submit reports/ tracking on progress of daily production to the Management.
- Identify issues and suggest improvements to reduce rejections/wastage/reworks.
- Set & maintain the quality standards.
- Assign the team members to different jobs according to their skills.
- Meeting with product designers to discuss the base design and pattern.
- Double-checking the pattern dimensions and style.
- Perform other duties as assign under the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree In Textile & Apparel Technology.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as in manufacturing industry.
- Age below 35 yrs.
- Preference will be given close proximity to Ja Ela.
- Male/Female candidates can be applied.
