Responsibilities
- Preparing financial statements and dealing with External auditors/Consultants.
- Preparing Management Accounts/Bank Reconciliations.
- Maintaining ledger Files Vendor/customer transactions.
- Dealing with Banks/Financial Institutions and other government Institutions.
- Authorizing Payments and oversee Teller activities/Dealing with Vendors subcontractors/Coordinating with Site Managers.
- VAT Submission and payments.
- Oversee Transport division/Purchasing division activities and subsidiary company transactions.
- Handling Guarantee Bonds/Insurance/Loan/Leases.
Qualifications
- Degree from a Recognized University in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration or any other relevant academic qualification.
- ICASL Part Qualification or AAT Qualification will be an added Advantage.
- Minimum 4 years' of Experience as an Accountant in a similar capacity.
- Good command of English both Written and speaking.
- Age below 50.
- Ability to work under pressure/ Timely decision making and willingness to work long hours.
- Thorough knowledge of Quick Book is a must.
- Ability in Handling Pressure and Timely decision making.
