We are seeking a talented and motivated female Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
- Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, platform updates, and algorithm changes, and incorporate them into strategy development.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or photography is a plus.
