Senior Analyst - Data Analytics and Reporting (Senior Executive)

Role outline
As a Reporting and Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our analytical driven projects and insights with hands on experience in Analytic Tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc, in depth experience In depth experience in MS Excel, Macros, SQL, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling/Integration Project coordination experience and Team Management
Responsibilities
- Timely providing information and Management reports for client's senior stakeholders (In par with the SLAs)
- Liaise with the client on enhancing process and setting strategies to meet clients long-term business goals
- Responsible for bringing cost/process efficiencies, continuous improvements and value addition to the SBU in accordance with business objectives
- Drive reporting process standardization across all SBUs
- Client relationship Management - Establish regular connects with the client representatives of each SBU and ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction
- Identification and delivery of Automation, Process Improvements and Analytics Projects.
- Ensure all SLA's are delivered within group policies.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science/IT/Software engineering/Data Science
- Having 2 Years of experience in Automation and analytics will be preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics & Reporting.
