Business Development Manager
ACP Asset Management is an entrepreneurial asset management firm specializing in listed share investments, private equity, and wealth management in Sri Lanka and overseas. We are seeking an experienced Business development manager who is responsible for the distribution and marketing of local and offshore funds and investment products.
The Role
- Business Development, where you will manage and grow our portfolio across all asset classes by driving FUM growth to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manages key client relationships through calls, networking, and events.
- Work across sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship management.
- Prospect new offshore clients through networking, cold calling, and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of our business, products, goals, and market challenges.
- Provide advice on product development, distribution, and promotion strategies.
- Be rewarded for meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs set.
About You
- 3+ years of experience within a sales function in Private Banking, Funds Management, or Wealth Management.
- Have existing relationships within the intermediary market.
- Strong understanding of Banking & Wealth Management products.
- Be a self-starter and entrepreneurial.
