KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
REQUIREMENT
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English preferred
- Must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's/College Degree in any related course.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Customer oriented.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable communicating via phone and chat within internal departments and external customers.
- Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing work environment.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Call Center/Customer Care Center experience, preferred.
- Willing to work on a Shifting Schedule.
- Age limit 20 to 40 years
