Business Development Executive

Department: Sales
Reports To: Director of Sales

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company. This role will involve developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting the company's products and services as a solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media industry and be able to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute new business development strategies
  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Build relationships with potential clients
  • Understand client needs and present the company's products and services as a solution
  • Generate new leads and close deals
  • Track and report on sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Follow up with the leads generated through digital channels and convert

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the media industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Having 2+ years of Digital/Media Agency is an added advantage
