An exceptionally competent individual to join as HEAD OF FIXED DEPOSIT MOBILIZATION (HEAD OFFICE)
Key responsibilities
- Implementation of the Company's Strategy, on Fixed Deposit Mobilization across the Branch Network and achieve the pre-determined Targets, Goal and Objectives.
- Develop the Fixed Deposit customer base of the Company through a well-defined and focused business plan.
- Spearhead the digitization of the Fixed Deposit mobilization process of the Company.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and be competitive in the market.
- Provide periodical reports to the management on the market competition and industry analysis for Fixed Deposits.

- Provide recommendations to senior management on new strategies and action plans to grow the Fixed Deposits Portfolio of the Company.
- Lead and motivate the team to reach the desired performance levels and develop the team to retain and enhance the performance over time.
- Communicate product enhancements and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Job requirement
- Sound educational background.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience of which at least 2 years should be in a managerial level preferably in a Financial Institute.
- A high degree of commitment, leadership skills and expert knowledge and experience in Fixed Deposit Mobilization.
- Strong management skills backed by high integrity and the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships that are required to maintain credibility are essential.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of portfolio management, new product development, and innovative acquisitions initiatives.
- Ability to achieve set goals and targets.
- A valid riding and/or driving license
