We are seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Recovery Officers / Trainees for the above mentioned regions
Job Description
- Keep tracking outstanding debts.
- Plan course of action to recover owed money.
- Locate and contact debtors.
- Update account status and database regularly.
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
- Handle customers questions or complaints.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payments plans.
Job Requirement
- 2 years of experience as Recovery Officer.
- Candidates without experience who have three passes in GCE A/L can be considered as Trainees.
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Proven track record of good performance.
- Desire to interact and work with people.
- Possess a valid riding / drivers license.
