Customer Care Executive
We are looking for a part-time call center representative to join our dynamic team. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues by providing timely and accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Document customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Sinhala and Tamil.
- Age below 30 years.
- School Leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in customer service is a plus
Work Schedule: This is a roster basis job for 5 days per week
