Trainee IT Operations Assistant

The position holder will be required to involve in application support and related training, work on ERP related tasks and support in resolving IT issues of internal staff and field.

- Provide Application Support and Application Training
- Enter System Authorizations to the Enterprise Application
- Provide support for internal and field IT issues
Personal Profile
- G.C.E. O/L (with credit passes for Mathematics and English) and passed G.C.E. A/L
- A Diploma in Information Technology
- Effective communication & problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work long hours when required
- Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19
- Aged between 19 to 25 Years
- One year experience in handling similar tasks will be an added advantage
