Senior Executive Sales & Marketing

The Job Role
  • Proactively engage in canvassing export/import shipments, focusing on market share improvement. 
  • Gather market information on competitors' activities and products.
  • Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and introduce new clients.
  • Liaise with shippers to secure shipments, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to rate inquiries from shippers.
  • Negotiate rates with PPL, Shippers, and Shipping Lines.
  • Proactively follow up on debtors and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments within agreed limits. 
  • Maintain accurate debtor status records.
  • Actively canvass cargo for NVOCC Export/Import shipments.
  • Gather market intelligence and introduce new customers to enhance market share.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations.

Skills and Experienced Required
  • Minimum of 3 years of freight forwarding & NVOCC sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and market trends.
