Requirements :
- 2+ years of Sales and lead generations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Good negotiation and problem - solving skills.
Responsibilities :
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads locally & overseas.
- Contacting potential and existing customers for sales closings.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting monthly sales target and KPIs
- Designing posters and maintain social media accounts daily
- Handling promotional events.
- Assists and reviews all contracts prior sending to the clients.
- Organizes, files, and maintains all current project documents.
- Issuing invoices for relevant sales closings.
- Design and implement marketing plans for services in the company.
- Carries our daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
