KEY RESPONCIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support services with engaging relevant parties.
- In charge for record keeping, back office related purchases & general documentation work.
- Involve in general sales & marketing activities of the company in the view of back office support service.
- Involve in billing/ invoicing & related documentation.
- Make arrangements with bank on daily cash collections.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
- Minimum of 3 simple passes in G.C.E. A/L
- 2-4 Years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Below 35 Years of age.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Sound Knowledge in English & Sinhala Languages
- Result-oriented.
