Student Support Assistant

Requirements:  
  • Excellent Communication Skills In English and Sinhala
  • Professional demeanor 
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience 
  • Customer Support Experience 
  • Familiarity with basic office software and Gmail

Job Responsibilities:
  • Guiding student and their families on necessary steps to obtain student visas.
  • Communicate with Students/Clients and assist them with their documentation
  • Performing administrative duties related to students’ programs
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, and documents and track progress over time online
  • Managing and overseeing seminars and webinars
  • Assisting the admissions office in processing admission forms for potential students
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and offering guidance
