Student Support Assistant
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills In English and Sinhala
- Professional demeanor
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Customer Support Experience
- Familiarity with basic office software and Gmail
Job Responsibilities:
- Guiding student and their families on necessary steps to obtain student visas.
- Communicate with Students/Clients and assist them with their documentation
- Performing administrative duties related to students’ programs
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, and documents and track progress over time online
- Managing and overseeing seminars and webinars
- Assisting the admissions office in processing admission forms for potential students
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and offering guidance
