Call Center Executive - Telecommunication & Banking - Colombo 06 / Colombo 03 / Wattala
Key Accountability
- Handling inbound calls effectively.
- Understand and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide service related information & solutions for customers.
Basic Qualifications & Details
- G.C.E. O/L passed with “S” pass for Mathematics & “S” for English.
- Language proficiency – Sinhala & English (Tamil would be added advantage)
- Shift time – Roster basics.
- Previous experience in Customer Service & Call Centre would be a definite advantage.
- Home drop transport will be provided within 20km for the evening shift.
