Call Center Executive - Telecommunication & Banking - Colombo 06 / Colombo 03 / Wattala

Key Accountability
  • Handling inbound calls effectively.
  • Understand and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide service related information & solutions for customers.
 
Basic Qualifications & Details
  • G.C.E. O/L passed with “S” pass for Mathematics & “S” for English.
  • Language proficiency – Sinhala & English (Tamil would be added advantage)
  • Shift time – Roster basics.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service & Call Centre would be a definite advantage.
  • Home drop transport will be provided within 20km for the evening shift.
