Requirements & skills
- Fluency in English and Sinhala (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication.
- Proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage
- Having prior experience of at least one year in customer service, audit, financial institutions, or a related industry would be an asset.
- Ability to handle cash, decent numeracy, and computer literacy.
- Team player with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
