Inside Sales Executives | Battaramulla
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (1 Hour Lunch Break) & Saturdays from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.
Holidays: Holidays declared by the Government of the UAE for the private sectors.
Location : Robert Gunawardena Mawatha – Battaramulla.
Overview of the Role
Perform tele-sales activities to achieve revenue growth through the development of new business and maintaining existing customers in line with GRIT GLOBAL commercial strategies.
What will you do
- Prospect research: Conduct research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers. Create a database of potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Constantly create revenue generating channels from cross selling, upselling and new business streams
- Ensure best sales practices to meet customer needs and expectations and capitalize on growth.
Required skills to be successful
- 1-2 Experience in Freight forwarding and Logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( English)
- Computer literacy
