KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support services with engaging relevant parties.
  • In charge for record keeping, back office related purchases & general documentation work. 
  • Involve in general sales & marketing activities of the company in the view of back office support service.
  • Involve in billing/ invoicing & related documentation. 
  • Make arrangements with bank on daily cash collections.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
  • Minimum of 3 simple passes in G.C.E. A/L
  • 2-4 Years of work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Below 35 Years of age.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Sound Knowledge in English & Sinhala Languages
  • Result-oriented.
