Job Profile
  • Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers
  • Ensure to attend customer inquiries, follow-ups & requests within the service standards
  • Forward customer requests to relevant departments if and when necessary and follow up until it is completed
  • Provide an excellent customer experience to all our customers

Qualifications & Experience
  • A sound educational background with good A/L results.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English Languages.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A positive attitude and ability to handle pressure.
