Job Profile
- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers
- Ensure to attend customer inquiries, follow-ups & requests within the service standards
- Forward customer requests to relevant departments if and when necessary and follow up until it is completed
- Provide an excellent customer experience to all our customers
Qualifications & Experience
- A sound educational background with good A/L results.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English Languages.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude and ability to handle pressure.
