Requirements
- Very good knowledge of both Sinhala & English is necessary to carry out Secretarial duties
- Charted Secretarial Qualification or equal qualification will be an advantage
- More than 3 years of experience in the field
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Should be with good educational background.
- Have a pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Be proficient in MS office package, Internet & E mail etc.
- Age below 35
Responsibilities
- Assist to the Director
- Preparation and maintaining of Customer and Supplier Contracts and renew on time.
- Responsible to maintain active both parties signed contract for each and every active sites.
- Preparation of Quotations and maintain quotation follow up records
- Maintain Customer details report accurately with all the required details
- Arrange monthly free Floor polishing and coordinate with relevant departments and manage ad- hoc, special jobs
- Pre-Opening arrangements for new clients.
- Maintain Customer Complain Register and take corrective actions by coordination with other departments.
- Manage Customer feedback surveys and take corrective actions.
- All kind of Insurance Policy maintenance and ensure to renew on time.
- Schedule Management review meetings, Prepare PPT to present and share meeting minutes with participants as soon as finished the meeting.
- Follow up with corrective actions and record to discuss in the next meeting
