Key Accountability
- Handling outbound calls effectively.
- Understand and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide service related information & solutions for customers.
Basic Qualifications & Details
- Passed GCE O/L with "S" pass for Mathematics and English subjects.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English.
- Willing to work on Monday to Saturday.
- Previous experience in Customer Service & Call Centre would be a definite advantage.
- Age 18 to 35 years.
