DRAFTSMAN
Clove republic, a leading luxury interior design company, is seeking a talented and experienced draftsman to join our creative team.
This is a full-time position in Colombo, Srilanka.
Responsibility:
- Using cad software and modelling tools to create rough sketches and detailed drawings with provided specifications and calculations.
- Collaborating with engineers and architects to define technical requirements, submitting drafts for review, and revising them based on feedback.
- Ensuring technical designs meet industry standards and building regulations.
- Compiling comprehensive manuals detailing product features, operations, and maintenance guidelines.
- Calculating weight limitations and structural dimensions for project planning.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of luxury architectural experience, preferably in drafting within the engineering department.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field (creative portfolio and experience are prioritized).
- Proficiency in cad software (tinker CAD, fusion 360°, solid works) and 3d modellings.
- Strong technical, mathematical, organisational skills; keen attention to detail.
- Independent and collaborative; strong analytical/problem-solving.
- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines.
