Clove republic, a leading luxury interior design company, is seeking a talented and experienced architect to join our creative team. This is a
Full-time position in Colombo, srilanka.
Responsibility:
- Researches, plans, designs, and oversees building projects, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and regulations.
- Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents using computer-assisted design software.
- Coordinates layout and integrates engineering elements for project design approval.
- Prepares construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborates with project managers to supervise workers in preparing drawings and specifications for various project phases.
- Works with multi-discipline design teams to achieve project goals.
- Assists in researching and coordinating materials and products for project specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of luxury architectural experience, preferably within the hiring firm's field.
- Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, photoshop, and Microsoft office suite is required.
- LEED AP certification is preferred.
