NetSuite ERP Lead

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise with NetSuite OneWorld Financials (including accounting close process), Procurement, Inventory and Manufacturing.
- Support NetSuite integrations with other significant systems (WMS, Accounting, Merchandising)
- Responsible for NetSuite support queue (100+ users). Resolving tickets and / or utilizing third-party support for overflow.
- Act as a system administrator for NetSuite. Responsible for maintenance of NetSuite sandbox and production environments (Sandbox refresh, semi annual upgrade - including regression testing)
- Drive implementation of new ERP processes, including technical requirements, test planning, test execution, implementation, documentation, training and post production support .
- Be the key liaison to the internal data team and develop an expert understanding of how data is used, compiled and queried in relevant databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Business/Accounting or Computer Science
- Five to seven years experience working with NetSuite.
- Experience supporting ERP and related system implementations.
- Experience with workflows.
- Previous management experience (support desk) or desire for management experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsive to changing priorities
- Industry experience supporting US-based companies .
- Experience supporting high-growth companies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience with Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable
- Experience with NS saved searches and writing complex searches joining multiple datasets
- Project management experience
- Supporting implementation of new operational systems related to inventory and order management
- Develop standardized reporting for operations
