Junior Executive - Finance
Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is the single franchisee for Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in Sri Lanka with a spread of over 100+ outlets and a human capital of 2500+ individuals. In line with our upcoming expansions, we are in the lookout for passionate individuals to join the People & Culture Team.
Job Role
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and verify invoices and payment requests. Prepare and issue payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain and update balance sheet schedules.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets, and track company expenses.
- Aid in preparing expense reports and support during internal and external audits. Monitor customer invoices, record payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Perform general administrative duties and communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve financial discrepancies.
Candidate Profile
- Part qualified in CIMA / ICASL or Bachelor's Degree or similar qualification in the field of Finance.
- A Minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- Enthusiastic, self-driven and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision.
