CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Female candidates below 28 years of age
  • High school or diploma level
  • One year experience as receptionist, call center or customer relations
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and a friendly demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is must 
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications and social media platforms
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal skills with multi-tasking ability

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet visitors and provide them with a professional and welcoming experience
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate Dep. or employee
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail in timely manner
  • Promptly attending to clients' inquiries and responding to social media reviews and comments
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area diligently
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
