Executive - Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients within the Agriculture Field to expand our customer base. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate to conceptualize, plan, and implement impactful marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market. 
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyzes to provide insights into market trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and to represent the company.
  • Travel as necessary to meet clients, understand their requirements, and present our offerings effectively. 
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to communicate their value proposition convincingly.
  • Contribute to the continuous refinement of the sales and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market dynamics.

The Ideal Candidates should have
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Agri Business Management or Professional qualification in Marketing (SLIM / CIM)
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within Fertilizer & Chemicals or related field.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate our value proposition clearly and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans. 
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
  • The willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Creativity to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our marketing efforts.
  • Ability to work independently and together as a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office package and computer skills.
