Responsibilities
- Lead generation and follow-up on potential clients.
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Initiate, plan, and support promotional activities for financial products.
- Prepare accurate and complete credit appraisals for loan approvals.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
- Contribute to the team's success by achieving individual and team targets.
Applicant Profile:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing of financial products.
- Age below 35 years.
- Strong determination and drive to seek new business and achieve or surpass sales, portfolio management, and collection targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Proficiency in spread sheets and other basic IT skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly competitive environment.
