Executive - Risk & Compliance
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits in the Hospital and Laboratories as per the annual audit plan.
- Communicate internal audit findings in a timely and comprehensive manner.
- Make recommendations to improve internal controls and governance processes of the organization.
- Ensure legal and statutory compliance.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- A degree in Finance/ Accounting or part qualification in ACCA/CA.
- Minimum of 02 years' experience in handling internal audits at a reputed audit firm or experience in medium scale business environment, preferably in a manufacturing set up.
- Up-to-date knowledge in auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical, presentation and organizing skills.
- Required to travel within Colombo and suburbs as and when required.
