Sales Officer / Executives

Position Overview:
As a Sales Officer/Executive in the logistics industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, optimizing revenue streams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries/markets through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Understand clients & logistical needs, challenges, and objectives to provide customized solutions that add value and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales within the logistics industry, with a solid understanding of logistics processes and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
