Salary:
- Fixed salary: 50,000 LKR - 70,000 LKR monthly based on your experiences
- Commission-based bonuses: 0 - 200,000 LKR monthly

Responsibilities:
- Conduct prospect research and identify potential leads.
- Execute a minimum of 40 daily cold calls to engage with merchants.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective merchants.
- Finalize deals for Feelo.lk with merchants through negotiation and onboarding.
- Train partners on the Feelo.lk platform and provide ongoing support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to surpass KPIs.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and document interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Sales management expertise.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in exceeding sales KPIs through effective strategies.
- Ability to train partners on our platform and sales techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer and partner relationships.
- Preferred experience in the hospitality or service industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field is a plus.
