Job Responsibilities
- Developing strategic communication plans, managing budgets, setting goals to enhance the image of the brand.
- Managing, guiding and inspiring the Sales and Marketing team in Colombo and branches. Liaising with the student recruitment division and careful planning of promotional activities / workshops etc.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of all marketing and communication activities.
- Managing various communication channels including digital and online activities.
Job Requirements
- Below 45 years of age.
- A senior level professional with a proven track record in a similar position.
- Previous experience in education or in a service-related institution is a definite advantage.
- Should possess suitable qualifications the job demands with over 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Should have excellent Communication and Administrative skills.
The successful candidate will be provided with an attractive remuneration package including a minimum salary of Rs. 500,000 and other related perks that are above industry standards.
