Associate - Front Office and Customer Support
Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct visitors and callers to the correct personnel
- Assist with student queries and direct them to designated locations or personnel.
- Access and receive external information – physically or virtually.
- Ensure all interactions are professional, cordial and meets the needs of the customer.
- Collate, organize and dissemination of received information to relevant persons or teams.
- Responsible for the upkeep of the facility and maintaining a pleasant, clean, and welcoming premises.
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Other skills
- Conversant in Microsoft Office and Google
- Excellent Public Relations and Customer Service skills
- Organized, methodical and conversant with handling data
- Demonstrates a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy work ethic Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team, while working with cross functional teams
- Should be fluent in speaking in Sinhala / Tamil and English. Being conversant in all 3 languages is highly desirable

Education and Experience
- GCE Advanced Level and part qualification in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field is preferred
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar is advantageous
