Executive Non-Motor Underwriting
Orient Insurance Limited is one of Sri Lanka's fastest-growing General Insurers. We are currently on the lookout for an experienced, motivated, and energetic candidate to join our Non-Motor Underwriting team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set specific policy terms and conditions
- Ensuring that risks are appropriately priced and competitive
- Training Branch and Head Office non-motor underwriters
- Manage all operational duties of the non-motor Underwriting processing division
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of specific experience in handling Non-Motor Underwriting
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership and Interpersonal skills to manage a team in a high-pressure environment
