Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management / Operations Analyst

Job Purpose and Goals
  • Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring secure access to organizational resources and compliance with policies and regulations and facilitates streamlined access provisioning, mitigates risks, and enhances operational efficiency by managing IAM processes effectively.

Support the creation, maintenance, and use of the IAM Model in Line of business/Region, in line with line management’s requirements including instantiation of IAM Domains and Business Roles in collaboration with OE Org. Management

Business Role-based, technology-agnostic access management with Segregation of duty checks
  • Technical proficiency

Support the creation, maintenance, and use of the IAM Model in Line of business/Region, in line with line management’s requirements including instantiation of IAM Domains and Business Roles in collaboration with OE Org. Management

Job Requirements
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Identity and Access Management or related areas.
Others:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge in insurance and finance
