JOB ROLE
- Manage Large Amounts of Outbound Calls in a Timely Manner.
- Introducing Our Services to Prospective Customers
- Handling Customer Queries Efficiently and Effectively.
- Build Sustainable Relationships and Engage Customers by Taking the Extra Mile.
- Use the Right Methods / Tools to Provide Accurate, Valid and Complete Information.
- Convert Potential Leads and Improve Conversion.
WHAT WE NEED
- Candidates should be between 18-30 years.

- Excellent Communication Skills in English is Mandatory.
- Ability to Speak in Any Major Indian Languages Such as Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Telegu Etc. Also Considered Mandatory.
- Candidates within Colombo City Limits.
- Ability to Multi-task, Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively.
- Ability to Manage Work in High-Pressure, Fast Paced Organizations
- Focus on Providing High-Level, Quality Services.
- Previous experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.
