- Provide service-related information & solutions for customers.
Basic Qualifications & Details
- G.C.E. O/L passed with Mathematics & English subjects with "S" pass.
- Language proficiency - Sinhala & English or Sinhala & Tamil
- Ability and willingness to work from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Centre would be a definite advantage.
