Key Accountability
  • Handling outbound calls effectively.
  • Understand and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide service-related information & solutions for customers.

Basic Qualifications & Details
  • G.C.E. O/L passed with Mathematics & English subjects with "S" pass.
  • Language proficiency - Sinhala & English or Sinhala & Tamil
  • Ability and willingness to work from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Centre would be a definite advantage.
