Associate Tech Lead / Technical Specialist
Your Responsibilities Include
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of engineers.
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve development processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 6+ years of experience in similar discipline.
- Experience in Agile scrum development methodology and working in Scrum teams
- System analysis and design experience with good analytical skills
- Experience in Java (Experience in Python, JavaScript, Node.js or any other will be added advantage)
- Experience in Spring boot, JPA/Hibernate, REST Web service development, MySQL, testing tools like Junit or Selenium or similar
- Have worked with any of GCP, AWS, Azure
- Experience and in-depth knowledge in Maven, Git/SVN or similar
- Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline (Jenkins or similar), performance optimizations in java
- Knowledge of Code Quality/Security Tools
