Hotel Sales Executive 

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for hospitality sales? Join our team as a Hotel Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting DMCs to drive room bookings, event space utilization, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within DMCs to position our hotel as the preferred accommodation and event venue for their clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized promotional materials and packages tailored to the needs and preferences of DMC clients.
  • Conduct regular visits to DMC offices to showcase our hotel's offerings, conduct site inspections, and negotiate contracts to secure business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to DMC business to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in hotel sales or related field.
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
