Hotel Sales Executive
Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for hospitality sales? Join our team as a Hotel Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting DMCs to drive room bookings, event space utilization, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within DMCs to position our hotel as the preferred accommodation and event venue for their clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized promotional materials and packages tailored to the needs and preferences of DMC clients.
- Conduct regular visits to DMC offices to showcase our hotel's offerings, conduct site inspections, and negotiate contracts to secure business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to DMC business to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in hotel sales or related field.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
