Chief Concierge
We have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Concierge to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director, Rooms and will be responsible for managing all the services related to Concierge, Airport Services and Bell Desk. Your passion for crafting unparalleled guest experiences and expertise to lead a team dedicated to anticipatory service will be key to being successful in this role. You will ensure our guests receive a personalized service that exceeds expectations and thrives on turning each guest interaction into a memorable experience.
As the Chief Concierge, you will always maintain all guest areas under your purview with exceptional service standards. With your team, you will record and analyse guest feedback regularly to improve service quality and guest satisfaction. You will also direct your team in handling all guest messages, and packages of guests ensuring that they are delivered at the appropriate time or stored systematically. Further, you will be in charge of maintaining the vehicle fleet of the hotel and ensuring all transportation requirements of the guests and other departments of the hotel are met.
Your commitment to building a winning and passionate team will be paramount which will ultimately lead to providing exceptional guest experiences. You will continuously train and guide your team with clear goals to uplift service standards that go beyond expectations. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the senior team in identifying areas where costs can be minimized while maximizing sales revenue through up-selling.
