HEAD BUTLER
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Butler to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Director, Butler Services, you must create, promote, and deliver lasting memories by ensuring our guests experience an unfolding series of delightful moments and thoughtful gestures.
You are also required to play a leading role in building relationships with both guests and the butlers. You will oversees the day-to-day operations of the Butler team, ensuring that the team executes exceptional service consistently across all areas and fosters a culture of 'What else' to ensure we are exceeding our guests' expectations.
Head Butler will be a natural leader, who is able to drive the Butler team to deliver exceptional, bespoke service to our guests. You will be a discreet and a diplomatic individual with outstanding communication skills that is able to turn problems into opportunities.
- Do you have minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel?
- Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
- Do you have experience with Opera PMS system?
