The Job Role?
- Assist ‘Cargills Online’ and group call center consumer with exceptional service via phone, email & chat.
- Efficiently handle consumer orders, returns, and operational requests.
- Promptly address and resolve consumer complaints with professionalism.
- Build trust-based relationships by understanding consumer needs and obtaining feedback.
- Maintain accurate consumer records and collaborate with other departments.
- Go the extra mile to create moments of happiness and keep consumers satisfied.
Is This You?
- Is passionate about Sri Lanka.
- Complete GCE Ordinary Level (OLs) and Advanced Level (ALs). School leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in IT and MS Office applications.
- Genuine passion for consumer assistance and satisfaction.
- Intermediate skills in English writing and verbal communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in at least two languages (English, Sinhala, Tamil). Fluency in all three is a plus.
- Ambitious, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a willingness to learn & take on challenges.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Able to work in person from the Consumer Care Call Center in Rathmalana
