FRONT DESK OFFICER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome Visitors at front desk and direct them to relevant divisions.
  • Administrate visitors' movement at Head Office.
  • Manage inbound calls and direct to relevant party.
  • Administrate internal mail circulation process through the shuttle service.
  • Attend to other back-office functions as and when it is required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
  • Age below 35 years.
  • Minimum one year experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English languages.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and PR skills.
  • Computer literacy.
